Data and Accountability Guidebook

The Office of Career-Technical Education is working on updating the Data & Accountability Guidebook to include more detailed information on the following items:

1.     Course completion definition with examples;

2.     Post-program placement indicator;

3.     Work-Based Learning indicator calculation;

4.     Technical Skill Attainment calculation with examples;

5.     Concentrator Reporting Matrix with added scenarios;

6.     How each accountability measure affects:

a.     Perkins V Federal Accountability

b.     CTPD Report Card

c.     Quality Program Review

The updated guidebook will be posted to the Data & Accountability webpage in the beginning on 2021.
