The SND Board is recommending a few changes in our Constitution & By-laws. We would like our members to see these now so you will have time to look them over and ask any questions you may have. We will be voting on these at our conference March 6 & 7, 2014:

• In conjunction with the National ACTE we are purposing the change of our name from Special Needs to Special Population.
• Officers of the SND Board will serve 2 year terms instead of a 1 year term.
• Change the wording of voting every year to voting on conference years, which is now every two years.
